Pasta Soup with Chicken and Hakusai

Dashi Soup Base

Concentrated type made with light-colored soy sauce, so the colours of the ingredients are not lost.

Ingredients (2 servings)

160g spaghetti
200g chicken breast
100g hakusai (napa cabbage), sliced
1 sprig fresh rosemary
40ml Dashi Soup Base
360ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Salt (for boiling), as needed

Directions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and put it in a bowl with rosemary. Set aside for about 20 minutes.

Discard rosemary. Cook spaghetti in the salted boiling water until al dente.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chicken pieces. Add hakusai and season with salt and pepper.

Add (A) and bring to a boil. Add cooked spaghetti and bring to a boil again.

Serve in bowls and garnish with rosemary.
