Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce

This brewed soy sauce is a perfect combination of Japanese whole soybeans, wheat, bonito flakes from Kagoshima and Hokkaido kombu. It contains 25% Tokushima yuzu juice that hits you with a bright, bold flavor.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Any mushrooms of your choice
50g shimeji mushrooms, stemmed
50g maitake mushrooms, stemmed
40g eringi mushrooms, stemmed
30g shiitake mushrooms
Grated daikon, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed
Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Separate shimeji and maitake mushrooms.

Slice eringi and shiitake mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté (1) and (2).

Serve on a plate. Top with grated daikon, chopped scallions and Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce.
