Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce
This brewed soy sauce is a perfect combination of Japanese whole soybeans, wheat, bonito flakes from Kagoshima and Hokkaido kombu. It contains 25% Tokushima yuzu juice that hits you with a bright, bold flavor.
Tear lettuce and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange tofu, lettuce and tomatoes on a plate. Drizzle Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce on top and garnish with bonito flakes.
