Soba Soup Base
This Soba Soup Base is a concentrate made with our dark-colored soy sauce blended with carefully selected ingredients and our original whole smoked salmon.
Cook soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and divide them into two bowls.
Warm (A) in a pot and pour it over the noodles.
Garnish with chopped naganegi, kamaboko and shichimi, if desired.
