Soba Soup Base
This Soba Soup Base is a concentrate made with our dark-colored soy sauce blended with carefully selected ingredients and our original whole smoked salmon.
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the pork slices until both sides are browned. Remove.
Reduce (A) in the same pan. Return (1) and coat well.
Serve rice in a bowl and top with (2) and peas. Sprinkle black pepper.
