Dashi Chuno Sauce 200㎖

This is a mild fragrant sauce of bonito with the savory umami of broth.

Ingredients (2 servings)

160g asparagus, cut diagonally
100g thinly sliced beef
100g onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp Dashi Chuno Sauce
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry beef until the color changes. Then, add asparagus and onions and stir-fry until cooked through.

Mix in Dashi Chuno Sauce.
