Sashimi Soy Sauce
The feature of Sashimi Soy Sauce is that it is sweeter and thicker than Soy Sauce. This ensures the maximum flavor of sushi and sashimi.
Score chicken thighs to an even thickness. Preheat the oven to 350℉(180℃).
Mix (A) and garlic in a bowl. Brush the sauce on the vegetables and set it aside. Place chicken thighs in a bowl and marinate for about 1 hour.
Place marinated chicken and the vegetables in the center of parchment paper and tightly fold into the package. Bake for 20 minutes.
