Iriko Dashi Vinegar
Iriko Dashi Vinegar is a mellow seasoned vinegar full of umami with a crisp, clean taste. Dried sardines from Kagawa Ibuki Island and Hokkaido Rishiri kombu are perfectly mixed with refreshing apple vinegar and smooth rice wine vinegar.
Sprinkle salt on the red cabbage, rub, then squeeze off the excess water.
Mix red cabbage and orange segments in a bowl. Marinate it with Iriko Dashi Vinegar.
