Udon Soup Base
This soup base contains carefully selected dried Japanese sardines. By simply diluting, you can make authentic Sanuki-style udon soup base in seconds!
Heat up Udon Soup Base and water in a pot.
Reheat cooked udon noodles in the boiling water. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Pour (1) over the noodles. Garnish with green onions, kamaboko and grated ginger (optional).
