This soup base contains carefully selected dried Japanese sardines. By simply diluting, you can make authentic Sanuki-style udon soup base in seconds!

Ingredients （2 Servings）

2 servings cooked udon noodles
A
80ml Udon Soup Base
480ml water
Chopped green onions, optional
Kamaboko (fish cake), optional
Grated ginger, optional

Directions

Heat up Udon Soup Base and water in a pot.

Reheat cooked udon noodles in the boiling water. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

Pour (1) over the noodles. Garnish with green onions, kamaboko and grated ginger (optional).
