Classic Dashi Soy Sauce

This brewed soy sauce is a beautiful combination of Japanese whole soybeans, wheat, bonito flakes from Kagoshima, Hokkaido kombu and our original salmon dashi. This product has 45% less salt than our regular Soy Sauce.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

160g aburaage (Japanese thin fried tofu)
100g grated daikon radish
Green onions, cut diagonally, as needed
Classic Dashi Soy Sauce, to taste

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Bake both side of fried tofu until browned, then cut into thick slices.

Serve on a plate, then garnish with daikon and green onions.

Drizzle Classic Dashi Soy Sauce on top.
